Refund policy

We are delicate in the process of creating all our products and ensure the highest in quality. However, we would accept refunds or exchanges within 7 days following the delivery of your product. To initiate a return or exchange (less shipping & handling charges), please contact us at info@dhhomefragrances.com and get approval before shipping out. We must receive all items in its original packaging with original contents for a refund to be issued after receipt. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your payment will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


Please take note of the following:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:
    • Used or tested items
    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Bulk Orders
    • Special order items including promotional and corporate gifts merchandise.
    • Products impacted by temperature change or natural occurrences (Jar frosting and adhesion)
  • Unauthorized returns are subject to 15% restocking fee

 

Damages

All shipped items are insured. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. It is unlikely that anything will be damaged as we pack our orders well. If you detect visible physical damage or missing items, email or call us immediately.

 

Please send photographic proof of damage within 10 days of delivery to info@dhhomefragrances.com for a full refund or exchange at the value of your order.
