DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Economy Shipping AND Free Shipping: Due to COVID-19 related delays, please expect delivery in 5-7 business days. We currently ship out on Mondays only to avoid these temperature-sensitive products from sitting in hot warehouses over the weekend.

 

The typical processing time for USPS Priority Mail, which we use majority of the time, is 1-3 business days. However, due to COVID-19 pandemic there has been significant delays and we are seeing up to 7 days for packages to be delivered. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is delivered to the Post Office. Please send us an email at info@dhhomefragrances if you'd like your order expedited and we’d let you know the best option.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping has been heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We send most international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn't include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 3-4 weeks.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct or contact us within 24 hours if you observe a mistake with your address. Orders that are undeliverable will be charged additional shipping and handling fees for subsequent delivery.
